Hey Ya'll,
Just thought I would pop in and show you my latest little darling. I have taken a small vacation leave from sculpting this summer to spent with my grandchildren.
She is a 12 inch sculpt made from Pro Sculpt polymer clay. She is a partial sculpt with a soft body that is made of doe suede. I put lots of black curly mohair on this sweet little girl and painted her with genesis heat set paints. I made her smocked dress, panties and crocheted her booties. She is wear a real diaper made for premies. She was made her for a lady Pat Lacy, in Baton Rouge, LA. I just think she was just the cutest little thing ever.

Well my little Reese sold yesterday on ebay. I didn't think she was going to sell but at the last minute I got a bid. She will be going to Ms. Lauren Hassall in New Zealand. Thank you so much Lauren. I hope you like little Reese. She sure is a sweetie.

I know, I know its been a while since I have been on here. I have had so many things going on. We decided to plant a garden and it turned out to be a huge garden so I have been rather busy gardening.
This is my newest baby Reese, she is 5 inches long. Her body is doe suede and head, arms and legs are made from Pro Sculpt polymer clay. She has light brown mohair that was bake in. I painted her with genesis heat set paints for that newborn glow and glossed her lips for the appearance of moisture. Her nails have also been painted and manicured.
Reese is wearing a white Batiste daydress and crocheted bonnet. I made her a disposable diaper and a pacifier. I think she is really adorable, don't you. I will be listing her on ebay, I think tonight .

Bayou Babes of Baton Rouge Doll Show

Hi Ya'll,
We arrived safely home after our trip to the Bayou Babes Doll Show in Baton Rouge. I had a lot of fun. Lots of people there shopping. Thats a very good sign. This show is only every two years so after the show 2 years ago it has really picked up. I didn't have time to do any shopping myself and I really hate that because I spotted some things that I really would have liked. Oh well, maybe next time. I saw a lot of my dolly friends and was glad to see them. Don't know when I will be seeing them again. Next show is in Fairhope, Al. I will not get to go to the show but my husband is going to go and do it for me. Isn't that just the sweetest thing you have ever heard. Not many men would do that for their wife. I have quite a few orders from this show so I have got to get busy and get them done. Ray is going to deliver them to the girls in Fairhope. We I am off to start working on my orders.
